The 27th of January marked 28 years since Henry was killed. There is a lot of supposition but little fact about this. I can't say that I didn't try looking. Ask anybody that knows me and they will tell you. It was like the rug was pulled out from under my feet. I'll never get over it....and I will never stop looking. Kris |

Maybe, I was a cab driver and picked up a drunk (cop) and as we passed Cobbs he started rambling on about the guy who got killed and talked on about why he was killed. Drugs and talked to much and crossed the wrong people is basically what he said. The underworld at that time was very tuff anybody could be snuffed out for the right price. The cops pretty much ran everything with a iron fist,so if you got killed the cops would have been involved. It was a professional job and only the cops could of gotten away with it. As a cab driver you see and hear alot! |

I heard several years ago from a very reliable source that "the cops killed him" because "he knew too much". It makes sense now, tragic though it was at the time. May he rest in peace. |

I ran into one of the cops from (was it?) the 4th Precinct. He was working overnight at a drug store in Bloomfield Hills as a security guard. He said that he was making extra money to send his daughter to college. He said that he had a private detective business and handed me his card. The next time I went in to this drug store I brought up Henry. I said that "I heard that you guys killed him because he was selling your confiscated drugs and didn't want to sell anymore". I also told him that I was in love with him. He got all flustered and nervous. A few days later I went in there again. He was gone I never saw him again after that. But, I still have his card. |

A few people died down there... All covered up. Some over drug knowledge, some over trading children. Not that your friend was into either, not at all. He could seen or heard something he shouldn't have. There was a reason ?? Look for the reason...there's a new book out about the kids in the Cass. From Lawson, Lamborgine, Moore, Redmond......keeps going all the way to Bloomfield It's called "Portraits in the Snow" I think many of the kids will find some answers and maybe some closure. I hope they all come foreward. |
